                                                                        Notice on Shifting of 3^rd Semester to FYUGP                                                                     

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Dated the  8^th June 2023

 

 

 

 

As per the Nagaland University Guidelines for introduction of the National Education Policy(NEP 2020) during the Academic Session of 2023-24, and for shifting of students to the New Education Policy(NEP), the current CBCS batch of students(3^rd Semester) shall be shifting to the 3^rd Semester Course of the Four Years Under Graduate Program(FYUGP) under NEP. In connection with the above, an Orientation Course shall be conducted for the 3^rd Semester students immediately after the declaration of provisional results of the recently concluded End Tern University Examinations.

NOTICE ON FILLING UP OF EXAMINATION FORMS

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Dated the 19^th April 2023

• The students of B.A 2^nd, 4^th, 6^th Semesters and B.Sc. 4^th Semester, who have qualified in the Internal Assessments, are informed to fill up the examination forms for the forthcoming End-Term Examination scheduled to start from 18^th May to 15 June 2023.
• Those students who have backlog papers in 2^nd, 4^th, 5^th and 6^th Semester(non-collegiate candidates) are required to fill up exam forms separately
• The Examination Forms shall be issued from 20^th April onwards, during office hours.
• The last Date for filling up exam forms (without fine) is 24^th April, 2023. No application shall be entertained after 26^th April 2023
• Late fine of Rs. 300 shall be imposed after expiry of last date till 26^th April, 2023.
• The requisite fees(as per revised university rates) payable to the University are as follows.

BA Regular Students

• Examination Fee   : Rs. 600
• Mark Sheet Fee : Rs. 200
• Admit Card Fee : Rs.   60
• Examination Centre Fee : Rs. 400
• Pass Certificate(1 time payment for 6 Sem only) : Rs. 450

Total : Rs. 1260 (2^nd 4^th Semesters)

    Rs. 1710 (6^th Semester)

B.Sc. Regular Students

• Examination Fee   : Rs. 600
• Practical Examination fee : Rs. 600(200 per paper x 3)
• Mark Sheet Fee : Rs. 200
• Admit Card Fee : Rs.   60
• Examination Centre Fee : Rs. 400

  Total : Rs. 1860

• Non-collegiate Candidates/Repeaters are to fill up separate examination forms for the particular paper(s) along with the fees as given below.

• Non-Collegiate Fee : Rs. 200
• Mark Sheet Fee : Rs. 200
• Admit Card Fee : Rs.   60
• Paper Fee (Certain Paper) : Rs. 250 per Paper
• Centre Fee(For Non-Collegiate only) : Rs. 400

Note: Non-Collegiate means those who were dropped in the previous university exam and are writing again.

• Students are to clear all college dues (tuition fees, fines, etc.) up-to May 2023, failing which examination form shall not be issued.
• Documents Required

• Xerox copy of Mark-sheet & Admit Card of previous Examination.
• For Repeater/Back-log candidates, Original Mark-Sheet and copy of Admit Card.
